What Volunteers Do
You don’t need convention experience just a good attitude and willingness to jump in. Typical roles include:
- Registration & Check-In
Welcome attendees, scan tickets, hand out badges - Guest & Creator Support
Help creators find tables, assist with load-in/load-out - Line Management
Keep lines organized for panels, photo ops, and signings - Room Monitors
Assist in panel rooms, help with seating and timing - Info Desk
Answer basic questions and direct guests - Merch Support
Help with PopCon merch booth (simple point-of-sale tasks) - General Runner
Be the go-to helper wherever the need pops up
