We are excited to share information about being a Vendor / Artist / Creator at

PopCon Indy April 26-28, 2023 and PopCon Louisville August 23 – 25, 2024.

2024 All-Show Vendor Application

If you ever have any questions about the below, simply email vendor@popcon.us and we are always happy to help!

You have indicated that you sell food and/or beverages. Before submitting any payment, please STOP HERE and email vendor@popcon.us with your request to sell food and beverage so we can help you through that process.  You MUST BE APPROVED by BOTH PopCon and the convention center. Once you have all the approvals you need, we'll have you finish this form and payment.

Discount will be reflected on the payment information at the bottom of this form. Again, discounts only apply and will only be processed if space is purchased on this form at the same time.

Below is an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY to stay in a connected 4-Star Hotel Room with MASSIVE SAVINGS (over $350 saved!!!!)

  • Price may go up as quantity diminishes, and is first come first served. 
  • Includes 3 nights, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday check-in April 25 and check-out April 28 2024 at either the Westin or Omni Severin (both 4 star hotels)  You can place your request of which hotel in the special requests, however your choice is only guaranteed to be one of the two due to the nature of the incredible savings involved.
  • Non-refundable even if you cancel your booth space per your vendor terms and conditions.
  • Parking is not included.
  • Incidentals are not included, and you will be required to provide a credit/debit card for incidentals at check-in.
  • Must be combined with any vendor space to be valid, this is for active vendors only.
  • Common question:  is it two beds or one, and our best answer is it is based on overall availability.  Please also put your ideal room situation in the special requests, and we will do our best to match, but it is not guaranteed.

A maximum of 2 tables may be purchased by any individual or entity.  Artist / Creator Tables are set aside for those that "make" their own products, such as Artists, Authors, Jewelers, Knitters, Podcasters, Filmmakers, etc. If in doubt, simply email vendor@popcon.us and inquire, we are always happy to help.

Exhibitor / Vendor / Artist Updates

We have two great weekends planned for you to share your wares with Pop Culture Crowds. We are excited to share more information with those of you who have already signed up for one or both shows and hope that anyone who has not signed up yet will join us soon.

PopCon Indy
We are excited to be back for our 11th year. We are back at the Indianapolis Convention Center and have a lot of great events planned. We have been expanding our marketing, creating new experiences for fans so they have more reasons to come back for multiple days and continue to look for ways to improve their engagement on the show floor like bringing back the free trading cards. We hope to see you all back April 26-28, 2024

PopCon Louisville
We are excited to partner with Louisville Tourism and the Convention Center staff to bring our second annual Pop Culture convention to town. In our first year we have had a lot of great feedback from the local community that have us excited to be a long term partner. We have an exciting new date and space at the Kentucky International Convention Center August 23 – 25, 2024.

Discount for Both Shows

We want to continue to grow with our exhibitors, vendors, artists and creators. We feel you are so much a part of our fans experience and our success that we want to see you at both shows. Expanded Marketing

As we have grown into the Louisville market and hit our 11th year we are looking to expand our outreach in both areas. We are committing significantly more resources than we have in the past to help grow our shows to new fans and give you more people to share your passions, creation and awesome stuff with. We are excited to see how these new partnerships and resources help improve our support of you.

Great Guests

We have some great guests lined up for both locations with more to come. We are promoting early and often and have more guest that will still be shared to keep our fans interest and engaged leading up to the show.

Vendor Hotel Information

We often hear that you would like support in finding nice nearby lodging that is affordable. We have tried to find some good options for you at both shows and have lined up special offers to help make this part of your convention easier if you need it. These blocks will fill up very quickly, so do not delay.

Vendor Badges

Each booth automatically comes with two vendor badges to get you into the vendor area during the times listed above.  You can also use it if you want to check out any of the other events at PopCon.  Extra vendor/artist/creator badges will be for sale at the show for $60.

PopCon Show Addresses

PopCon Louisville (Kentucky International Convention Center, 221 S 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202 on the dates August 23 – 25) and PopCon Indy (Indiana Convention Center, 100 S Capitol, Indianapolis IN 46225 on the dates April 26-28). Thanks to a vendor who asked for the info we realized that we had not officially shared it in a past newsletter. Let us know if you need or want anything else.

Free PopCon Trading Cards Return Update!

We have gotten some good submissions but are looking for more, particularly ones that highlight PopCon, PopCon activities and guests at one of the shows. Some suggestions include Laser Tag, Escape Room, Podcast Awards, Cosplay, Secret Games, VR, Board Games, Art, Movies, Magic Shows, Kids Zone, etc. If you missed it or just joined we are going to give out free PopCon Trading Cards again and you have a chance to be a part of the action. Submit your art and you will have the chance to get free trading cards with your art to give out at your booth. Our fans can go through the hall on a scavenger hunt of sorts to try and collect them all. We are excited to bring this back to help engage more people at the show and keep them on the floor. The cards are printed 2.5″ by 3.5″. The art will be positioned in a 2.5″ by 2.5″ position above the text, so that is the art size. The art can be transparent or include a background. All submissions and questions should go to holly@popcon.us before the February 29th Deadline. The number of unique cards is limited and not everyone can be chosen that submits.

PopCon Vendor Stamp Rally

PopCon Stamp Rally Sign-Up Form

Attendees will be given hints to find artists and vendors participating and will have a card where they can receive a stamp. Attendees that fill out a full card will be able to select a small prize and entered into a grand prize drawing which also includes free admission to the next PopCon!

Stamp Rally Rules:
We ask that all vendors and artists participating donate something from their shop for prizes. Anyone who does not wish to participate but wishes to donate a prize is more than welcome. 
 
Participants will need to select, design and or provide their own stamp. We also understand that sometimes things happen, if the stamp breaks, ink runs out or doesn't work, or the stamp does not arrive in time a drawing will be allowed. Vendors registration will be to be notified of a drawing being done so that it will be counted. 
 
All participants will need to provide an example of the stamp being used upon check-in. 
 
Attendees do not have to purchase anything from a shop in order to receive their stamp.
 
Sign ups will be allowed up until the Wednesday before the show with a possibility for sign ups at check-in on Thursday and Friday morning.

Kids Zone Stage Opportunity

There will be a new program feature this year were we will have mini-panels and workshops in the Kids Zone area at both shows. If you would have an interest in promoting something that is kid friendly; toy, program, story, art project, game, or any other activity you can think of let us know and we will share with the Kids Zone manager can add you for one of the 20 to 25 time slots.
