General Hours for the Convention
THURSDAY
- Noon – 8pm Vendor Load-In
- 6:00pm to 8:00pm Registration is open if you would like to pick up your pre-registration badges or you would like to purchase admission as a walk-up.
FRIDAY
- 8am – Noon – Late Vendor Load-In
- 11:00am Registration Opens for Pre-registered and Walk-up Sales
- Noon: Opening Ceremony – YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS!
- 12:30pm: Exhibitor Hall Open (VIP and Press Only)
- 1:00pm – 7:00pm:Exhibitor Hall Open (Public)
- Panels, workshops, live podcasts, activities outside the vendor hall, and special events begin at noon and happen throughout the day until late.
SATURDAY
- 8:30am Registration Opens for Pre-Registered and Walk-up Sales
- 9:30am: Exhibitor Hall Exhibitor Hall Open (VIP and Press Only)
- 10:00am – 6:00pm: Exhibitor Hall Open (Public)
- Panels, workshops, live podcasts, activities outside the vendor hall, and special events begin at 10am and happen throughout the day until late.
SUNDAY
- 8:30am Registration Opens for Pre-Registered and Walk-up Sales
- 9:30am: Exhibitor Hall Open (VIP and Press Only)
- 10:00am – 5:00pm: Exhibitor Hall Open (Public)
- Panels, workshops, live podcasts, activities outside the vendor hall, and special events begin at 10am and happen throughout the day until 5pm.
- 5pm – 8pm Vendor Load Out
