Refunds

Please note that all admission purchases for the PopCon Creator Summit are non-refundable.

Assumption of Risk and Release

By attending the PopCon Creator Summit, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation, including potential loss or damage to personal property. You release Pop Con LLC, its employees, and agents from any related claims.

Image and Likeness Release

Your presence at the event constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded. Pop Con LLC and its designees (including sponsors and exhibitors) may use these recordings, including your name, voice, and likeness, for promotional and commercial purposes in any media worldwide, without limitation or compensation, in perpetuity.

Event Rules and Regulations

You agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by Pop Con LLC. Unauthorized recording of designated activities is prohibited without express written permission.

Use of Content

You grant Pop Con LLC and its designees the right to use any audio, visual, or other media you created at Pop Con LLC events, with or without attribution, for promotion, creation, and commercial purposes in any media worldwide in perpetuity.

Right to Refuse Entry or Remove

Pop Con LLC reserves the right to deny entry to, or remove from the event, any person behaving disruptively or posing a threat, as determined at our sole discretion.

Agreement

By purchasing admission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the refund policy, liability terms, and image release outlined above. You authorize Pop Con LLC to charge the specified amount to your designated credit card.
